SYSTEM
Class-A extruded PVC profiles with class “S” compounds (harsh climates). TPE/EPDM double-seal strip. Thermal transmittance of junction = 1.3 W/m2K.
FIXED FRAME
Frame thickness of 70 mm, 5 chambers with 15/10 mm thick steel reinforcements. French windows with 36 or 23 mm lowered threshold heights.
SASH
Stepped sash profile, 70x80 mm section and 5 chambers with 20/10 mm thick steel reinforcements. Glazing bead frames with round profile.
GLASS
Double glazing with magnetronic low-e coating, warm-edge spacer, with a thickness of 28 mm or 32 mm. The double glazing is held in place in the sash profile housing by an outer glazing bead frame and sealed with suitable inner and outer gaskets.
HARDWARE
Hinge: drill-in tilt-and-turn type, which do not interrupt the continuity of the sash seal strip. Maximum hinge capacity 100 kg. Closing system: Tilt-and-turn mechanism with adjustable latch closure.
