Description
To date, Linea 76 represents the most comprehensive system. The extruded profiles with class S compounds and class A profile thicknesses, together with three gaskets and adequate glazing, meet all thermal and acoustic insulation requirements. As it is easy to adapt the colours to renovations or new builds, Linea 76 allows you to use traditional films and new SOFT-TOUCH ultra-matt colours.
The ALU version comes with an aluminium frame and sash outer coating, which can be painted with RAL colours or a wood effect. The profile structure, together with the use of steel reinforcements made to measure for the window or door, also guarantees reliability for large fittings.
A high level of security is provided by the RC2 certified anti-burglary set-up. The line is completed by a variety of complementary profiles, designed to meet the widest range of architectural and installation requirements.
A low environmental impact is determined by the durability of the windows and doors, eco production processes, the fact that PVC is fully recyclable and the product’s thermal insulating capacity, which helps significantly lower the energy consumption required by the heating and cooling processes for living areas, thereby lowering CO2 emissions.

SYSTEM
Class-A extruded PVC profiles with class “S” compounds (harsh climates). TPE/EPDM triple seal strip. Thermal transmittance of junction = 1.1 W/m2K.
FIXED FRAME
Frame thickness of 76 mm, 5 chambers with 15/10 mm thick steel reinforcements. French windows with 39 mm or 23 mm lowered threshold heights
SASH
76x84 mm section sash profile, and 5 chambers with 20/10 mm thick steel reinforcements. Glazing bead frames with square profile.
GLASS
Double glazing with magnetronic low-e coating, warm-edge spacer, with maximum thickness of up to 48 mm. The double glazing is held in place in the sash profile housing by an outer glazing bead frame and sealed with suitable inner and outer gaskets.
HARDWARE
Hinges: Drill-in tilt-and-turn type, which do not interrupt the continuity of the sash seal strip. Maximum hinge capacity 100 kg. Closing: Tilt-and-turn mechanism with adjustable latch closure.

When combined with double or triple glazing, which is also designed depending on the building’s exposure, they optimise the energy efficiency of the entire house.
